No. I have tested it with many other applications runnning in both 64-bit and 32-bit. They generally run slower in 64-bit. Hm. Can't vouch for it. I tend to stray away from x86 unless strictly needed; otherwise I stay with x64 (+ DX12 if possible). Performance-wise I never saw any degradation.
